Registered Animal Health Technologist
Education: Douglas College
Natalie heads up our patient care team. Aside from assisting with all of the technical procedures involved in the diagnosis and treatment of medical and surgical problems with your companion animals, Natalie leads our team of superb Animal Health Techs who collectively provide all of the hands on care for your companion during their stay with us. In addition to these important roles, Natalie also provides important assistance to Dr. Steinebach on Equine calls out ‘in the field’. She is one of our resident equine experts and will often be called upon to field phone questions. Natalie’s received her AHT training from Douglas College in Vancouver which has prepared her well to provide the high quality care that we here at Valley Veterinary Services have come to be known for.
Natilie’s indispensable assistance when seeing horse patients is of vital importance to us. She not only has significant professional horse experience but also has had horses and competed in Three Day Event competitions nearly all her life.
When not at work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband Phil, riding and competing with her awesome Thoroughbred horse “Snoopy” and providing a great home for her rescued dog, “Vedder” and her kitty “Bucket”.
